Information we collect
Quantitative Strategies Group, LLC (“QSG,” “we,” or “our”) operates this website for informational and recruiting purposes. We collect information you voluntarily submit through the application forms, including your name, email address, application responses, graduation timing where relevant, and the résumé and personal overview you attach. This may include links or other materials you choose to provide.
Limited technical information, including IP address, browser and device information, and request or security data, may be processed when you visit the website or submit an application.
How we use information
We use information for legitimate business purposes: evaluating candidates for trading, research, technology or related roles; communicating with applicants; internal talent identification and assessment; and operating, maintaining and securing the website.
We use automated and AI-assisted tools to help organize application materials, support recruiting review and prepare recruiting communications.
We do not use submitted information for marketing, advertising or mailing lists. We do not sell personal information or share it with third parties for marketing or promotional use.
Application delivery and access
Cloudflare hosts the website and processes application submissions. Application responses and the attached document are sent through Cloudflare’s email service to QSG’s recruiting inbox in Google Workspace, where they can be reviewed by the people involved in recruiting and evaluation.
Access is limited to internal staff and related entities involved in recruiting, evaluation and firm operations, and service providers that support hosting, security, form processing, email delivery or storage, and recruiting review and communications for operational purposes.
Clearing an unsent form removes its entries from the page. It does not delete an application that has already been submitted.
Website security and Cloudflare Turnstile
We use Cloudflare’s hosting and security services, including Turnstile on application forms, to help detect automated abuse and protect the website. Turnstile processes technical signals such as IP address, browser information and the website origin. The application service also uses IP-based rate limits to reduce abusive submissions.

Cookies and analytics
We do not use cookies for advertising, retargeting or marketing. This website does not include Google Analytics, GoDaddy analytics or advertising scripts. Cloudflare’s security and verification services may use cookies or similar technologies for security and site functionality.
Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to support recruiting activities, evaluate candidates and comply with applicable legal and regulatory obligations. Information that is no longer relevant is removed or archived in accordance with internal practices. Submitted applications may be retained in QSG’s recruiting email records.
Data security
We maintain reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information submitted through this website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
External websites
Links to LinkedIn, Google Maps, QSG Research and other external websites take you to services with their own privacy practices. Their handling of information is governed by their own notices and policies.
Jurisdiction
This website is operated from the United States and is intended for individuals located in the United States. QSG does not actively recruit through this website outside the United States.
Changes and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
