For traders with innovative ideas but without the technical expertise to automate strategies, QSG provides a robust platform designed specifically to develop, test, and implement your strategies seamlessly. Our proprietary platform empowers discretionary traders by transforming their market insights into fully automated, scalable businesses.

• Have proprietary trading experience and viable trading ideas.
• Lack the quantitative or technical skillset to automate independently.

Location: New York City 

Candidates with strong quantitative backgrounds but limited market experience have the opportunity to collaborate closely with our senior traders in an apprenticeship structure. Junior traders engage in research, strategy development, and implementation under guidance, enabling accelerated learning and the potential for rapid advancement. As soon as their strategies meet predefined risk criteria, juniors begin live trading, directly benefiting from their performance.

Ideal candidates:

• Hold a quantitative academic or professional background.
• Are new to trading or lack a fully developed strategy.
• Seek mentorship, rapid growth, and early hands-on trading experience.

Join QSG highly selective Undergraduate Trader Program designed specifically for rising college seniors. This unique opportunity allows students to undergo intensive quantitative trading training over the summer months, preparing you to trade live firm capital remotely starting in September—giving you a substantial head start in a competitive career before graduation.

We provide extensive hands-on training, mentorship, and cutting-edge infrastructure at no cost. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to:

• Participate in a structured, comprehensive 3-month training program (remote or in-office).
• Trade live firm capital remotely starting in September, during your senior academic year.
• Benefit from mentorship by experienced quant traders.
• Position yourself for significant earning potential before graduation.

Ideal Candidates:

• Current juniors (rising seniors) at top universities, preferably majoring in quantitative fields (Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Physics).
• Strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, resilience, creativity, and self-motivation.
• Eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

• Our compensation model is fully performance-based, offering unlimited earning potential. All traders earn a percentage of their returns with no base salary.
