Training Program

Junior Quantitative Traders

 Location: New York City

Quantitative Strategies Group offers motivated individuals with strong quantitative backgrounds the opportunity to build a long-term career in trading through an apprenticeship model. Junior traders work closely with senior traders on research, strategy development, and implementation, gaining direct exposure to market dynamics in a hands-on environment.

From the outset, our juniors are immersed in projects that are both challenging and rewarding, designed to spark curiosity and passion for the craft of trading. Once their strategies meet predefined risk criteria, they transition into live trading, where they can directly benefit from their performance.

Ideal candidates:

  • Hold a quantitative academic or professional background.

  • Are new to trading or do not yet have a fully developed strategy.

  • Seek mentorship, rapid growth, and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully for the long term.
