Undergraduate Trader Program

Location: Remote or New York City (Training) | Remote (Live Trading)

QSG invites highly motivated and intellectually curious rising college seniors to apply for our exclusive Undergraduate Trader Program, designed to fast-track your career in quantitative trading. Beginning each June, selected candidates will undergo a rigorous three-month training program, gaining crucial skills in quantitative trading strategies, risk management, and proprietary technology.

In September, you'll have the exceptional opportunity to apply your new skills immediately by trading live firm capital remotely during your senior year, allowing you to build a track record and earn money before graduation.

What You'll Experience:

• Intensive summer training focused on quantitative analysis, proprietary trading techniques, and algorithmic strategies.
• Direct mentorship and feedback from experienced quantitative traders.
• Early hands-on trading experience, developing practical insights and competitive skills.
• Full access to firm resources, including market data, proprietary analytics, and technology platforms.

Qualifications:

• Rising seniors currently pursuing degrees in quantitative or technical disciplines such as Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Physics, Engineering, or related fields.
• Exceptional problem-solving, analytical abilities, and creative thinking skills.
• Strong interest in financial markets and quantitative trading.
• Ability and commitment to trade firm capital remotely during the senior academic year (starting September).
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.

• Our compensation model is 100% performance-based. Both senior and junior traders earn a percentage of their returns and do not receive a salary.
