Junior Quantitative Traders

 QSG invites candidates with strong quantitative skills and limited market experience to join our collaborative, mentorship-driven environment. Junior traders work closely with senior traders in developing, testing, and implementing US Equities strategies, gaining valuable hands-on experience and rapid career growth. As soon as their strategies meet QSG's risk standards, junior traders begin live trading, directly benefiting from their performance.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Python, SQL, or .NET
• Strong quantitative or analytical academic/professional background
• Proficiency in English
• Ability to work from our NYC office (full-time)
• No conflicting non-compete, confidentiality, or non-disclosure agreements
